Bug Description:
ALL of my thralls have disappeared after server update on 9/01. I last logged my bases on 8/30. The event log says No one has been online in a long time. That is absolutely not true. What can be done to fix this? I lost 120 thralls, half were level 20 and all in full epic gear.
1501 here as well. Every follower from the lowliest bunnie wunnie to the mighty Kisthis Johnson gone.
Second time this happened to me on this server. No worried that if any other servers crash this will happen there. Always seems to happen around changes to the decay timer.
Same on 1501. Many named Siptah thralls with irreplaceable pre-nerf weapons poofed. Including several pre-pre-nerf Telith’s Sorrows. 87 damage, 39 pen with master fittings. Le ouch.
Same here. Spent the last few weeks leveling Cimmerian Berserkers and Dalinsias and making lots of epic armor for everyone prepping for the new update and now ALL my fighters are gone! We’ve been online all week and wake up to the message “decayed because no member of the guild has been online in a long time.” Totally random and unwarranted. This is on PvE official #1008.
This is absolutely awful. I was so looking forward to the new update and now I am just gutted and don’t even feel like playing.
If they not fix this, and that can be true, then @Klarkash we can replace our lost strength with not leveled Tier I default geared dafari fighters to not feel any lost of them when similiar problem happen in future.
Same here 1819 and 1822. RARE THRALLS WITH RARE GEAR on 1819. We lost Undead Monstrosities we had since before the sorcery update. Rare siptah gear gone…fully leveled thralls and pets. TO CROM with this crom cursed game! give me my money back!
Same on official server #1513, logs are saying that no member of the guild has been online in a long time, and this is a lie. Lost around 30 level 20 thralls, full gear. I think I’m done with this game.
I DID contact them, two times. They changed my status on my case to closed and closed all replies “we will have the devs take a look” was the response. Typical
