Bug Description:
My thralls have decayed after the Rollback. They were there Thursday/Friday/Saturday. Log shows they decayed on 9/3. I didn’t play yesterday.

I logged in to 1513 and took a screenshot of the server log

There was a recent rollback due to this and you should have your previous thralls present.

The player here said the thralls are lost AFTER rollback.
This happened to me as well on official PS4 server PVE-c. 1827.
For some reason I had lost all but 6 Followers during the great Thrall 1 day decay attack.
Then after the Roll back. I had ZERO left.
Same here on official 1520. It shows all my thralls decayed on September 3, the day after the rolllback. All my buildings are there. All my bench thralls are there. Gone are all my followers; archers, fighters, horses etc. Many level 20 with epic gear, gone.
I would note my event timer shows the exact same message as OP. That nobody had logged in for “a long time” even though I had logged in and played/reset everything a few days before.
i got some thralls disapeared by today, i believe someone did some trick to kill then, there was no thralls outside the base then i think someone summoned something inside the base to kill the thralls. Im on a pve-server. So may the thralls should not attack summoned mob on pve-c
surelly someone is exploiting some mechanics, i wonder wich summon can kill various thralls or poeple keep summoning vairous zombies or other mobs till all thralls died
by the way it was done outside the pvp time and one will cant figth against it, combined with the hability to enter any base with the ceiling glitch (is it fixed? i belive not) the exploiters will be free to wipe anyone thralls outside and inside the bases.
I believe that even if the thralls was set to “do nothing” summoned mob will still attack them
Edit: Just got aknowledge that it is result of the arena champion exploit, i heard it was fixed, but the ones that did the exploit stills in the game and still posses the glitched item that can summon her.
Shame, hope this get solved next patcher and those glitched itens get wiped from the game
Same happened to me on official 1036, followers gone on 6.9.23 with same message in event log, thralls decayed because no one logged in for long time, when my last login to game to reset timers was on 3.9.23. Back then i have all my thralls, dont think that 3 days is long time
Same for me but lost on Sept 7 on PVE 1502, from ‘no guild member logging in a long time’ but we definitely had been on within the decay timer 
sucks we probably won’t get our thralls back, but at least others are raising the same issue and I’m not alone
You have probably logged before the rollback. On Sunday, your decay timer was rolled back to what it was on Friday. If you had only two days left, they expired on Tuesday. Any entries related your base?
It said rollback was on 2nd, Saturday and i was loggin in on Sunday. Anyway its still annoying losing all my thralls and gear they were equipped with, and also a bit confusing now.
No, any entries related to base, base is intact, only entry is about decaying thralls for not logign in for long time

Same to me. I logged on September 1st and when i logged again today all my thralls had decayed. LATAM 1976 (Hierofante#50785)
This happened to me too. Official Server 1521 last login was within the last week. My entire base is still there.
