Official servers 1035 and 1039 are experiencing the same problem.
This morning decay timers changed back to regular 240 hours.But happen mistake and throll decay timer changed to 24 hours.So who is nolifers and log on yesterday-still have theyr thralls
Same on ALL servers,any exiles official server.You not alone and this not a bug
Just checked on 1520 and 1509 settings are still at 1 day decay timer for thralls not corrected as stated earlier in this.

Same here. They need to roll back the servers right away. We actually paid for this experience? The biggest grift in gaming. Funcom is a hot mess
Donāt expect a rollback at all, or a fix before the weekend is over lol

A quick update on the situation with lost Thralls that many of you have been experiencing. The regrettable error with the decay timer set to 1 day has been corrected and will be picked up with the next server restart.
We are actively discussing the follow-up actions to rectify this as best as we possibly can. We will let you know as soon as we have an update on this matter.

Will be seeing reperations? Took me weeks for farm those armor sets and rare thralls that you guys just up and said āoopsā about. Ppl didnāt just lose thralls today. They lost certain thralls that took them maybe months to aquire, and a lot of ppl like to put their inventory on mounts, and beasts. This was not just a minor accident. This was a huge error on someoneās part.
Simple ādecrease converion timeā for week or any duration as compensation will be like slap in face for those who lost thralls.

#1504. Same here. I logged in and within 48 hours of me logging in (8/31) all my thralls disappeared on 9/2. Unbelievable. All my gear I had them outfitted with all the level grindingā¦gone.
Refund the full price for the game and all add-onsā¦ And do what you want with the game
Honestly do a reroll. You canāt give us something like a 2-3x gathering like last timeā¦ that would be fraud considering the huge amount of time we all lost.
Yes and may folovers and loot that cant be replased sins we cant get them any more to!
