i log in to the game an all my thalls ar gone pl fix this. alot of them i cant get any more

Fridays due to a programming error, the decomposition time of the enslaved NPCs has inadvertently changed to one day ; this error was corrected on Saturdays and the servers performed a rollback. you will find on the announcements of the community the information on this “accident”.
If your message concerns another “accident” I am deeply sorry to hear about it.
I know ther was a roll back , bot mine is still not ther , so it dit not work

So you refer to another problem. You are connected before 01/09 and if so, are your enslaved NPCs all present?
I played Thursday , today my thalls are gone so one thing I can say is that your roll back doesn’t work for me so I can do anything about it I have over 4000 hours in this game and would probably get very tired of all my thalls are gone

They’ve rolled back all the official servers.
i know im on an offical server 1005 , my house is still ther, my thalls is not

Same. Our base is still there after rollback but our thralls are not. Played on official server 1511.

Zendesk doesn’t accomplish anything. I know cause myself and others have tried to report a clan on server 6157 with massive land claim abuse across many grid squares in multiple sections of the map and we all just got the same “we hope it’s resolved itself” response once a month for several months. And there is not a single doubt these people were abusing land claim because not only did they have multiple massive builds but had tons of random pillars and foundations scattered all over around their builds for over a grid square away from each. They even had random pillars and foundations plopped down by other people’s bases to stop them expanding.
Funcom isn’t going to do anything on an individual basis. They didn’t rollback to before the change so some people still lost their thralls. At this point I’m done with officials and the crappy way funcom runs them. Plenty of private servers that have been running long term that have better moderation.

Did you have place your slaves into the area affected by the meteor shower? 
Do other players on your server have the same problem ? .
If this is the case there is no way for them to return to your server.
otherwise the problem only affects you.
whatever the reason, contact Funcom support.
This is also happening across multiple servers. I hope it gets resolved. Conan players have been on a rollercoaster ride for days now and we need a break.

I logged in yesterday afternoon and all my thralls were there.
Did you log in after the “1 day bug”?
I logged in today
The log says that there was a server start at ~5:45 pm in the next minute all my thralls decayed
i contact funcom support an got this back haha

I’m sorry for their response, this one seems to be an automatic response. Given the increasing number of players who are reporting a problem similar to yours, I will inform Funcom via Tweet of the situation (they will not have the excuse of saying “we weren’t aware of it”). to see if this will change anything. You have all my sympathy and I support your action.

Were those thralls with you before Friday?
If so there was a recent rollback and you should have your previous thralls present, however if you’re addressing thralls converted over the weekend is due to the rollback.

If it was related to thralls before Friday do you have an event list, screenshots or videos of those thralls so we can verify? If you prefer you can send us a private message.

Was the server rollback yesterday at 17:45 CET on 3052?
The next minute after server restart all my thralls decayed. Just like on the 1. September.
I went to my neighbours and there were no thralls too.
@Immortalowl is on the same server and they have all there thralls.
