I also play on 1005, the rollback worked. Maybe you was 10 days not online and the new timer kicked in?
But than my base should decay too and it had 200h left
The base can exist for ever if no one destroys it or views it after 48h+.
Thatās true but the decay timer was at 200 and after few seconds 240h.
And also it would be in the logs that the base has decayed.
There was definitely a reset to 1005. In your case, something else must have gone wrong.
From 480h to 200h is more than 10 days could it be that the new timer has already taken effect? When did you log in after the reset?
Today, not sure if this restart in the logs was the rollback.
My guess is your bases timer is still based on vacation 480h timer and the thralls had the new reduced 10 day timer. Because of this, the thralls expired before the base. Could it be?

I donāt see any fault on your part, if that should be the case. FC should have adjusted the thrall decay timer 20 days later, so that enough decay time remains of the vacation timer.
The rollback was performed because the timer for thralls was set to one day. In your case probably a new problem was raised, because the remaining vacation timer and thrall decay timer are not the same. You will probably not be the only case.

The thralls have no timer like bases, where it runs individually, but are based on the last login. So in case of a change not the old one is valid, but directly the new one.
Sent you a mail as my clan is still missing itās thralls after the rollback. Pictures show them decaying on the 1st.

Your followers are goneā¦ Rollback donāt work for us but now itās too late they will never roll back again in this case.
This also happened to me, but yeah, seems like maybe we wonāt get them back. Iām not sure how they could at this point. It sucks, mine are from a PVE server Iāve been on since Fall of 2020. Already lost so many back when they reduced the follower limit, and now the rest are gone too

I texted the admin (ZahMaiatt) in private with pictures of the event list as proof of thralls lost as he requested in this thread, but days have past and I have heard nothing from anyone still.
Can someone from funcom tell me where to direct this or solve this for me please.
I am missing alot of thralls that should have been returned to me with the rollback.
Some of these thralls cannot be obtained ingame any more, so this is a major issue for me.
