Thralls gone after rollback. 78 Thralls in total

Bug Description:
The server rollback seems to have lost me all of my thralls. My base is still intact, but all thralls are gone. 78 Thralls all leveled and geared. Please help. FuncomID: Elquin#16219

Official pve Ps4 server lost all of our thralls and pets. Heard of issue they are gone after roll back some people got their thralls back others didn’t maybe a timing issue
We are better off do to a helpful player giving us 2 berserkers a level three bearer armor and a few pets. Clearing Sinners refuge regularly and branching out. Sorry for the loss of your thralls don’t understand why this happened. Sure it is too late to be fixed. @elquinmagus

Thank you! I’m still hoping this can be rectified. I’ve been playing this server and have progress for a few years now, and I don’t have the heart to continue if I lose all of that progress. I’ve already lost an established base before, though that was due to me being late to refresh. I’m keeping my fingers crossed, as I don’t have the energy to continue with Conan if I lose all of that progress due to a Conan mishap.

At this point I don’t believe it is going to happen. The good thralls the kind soul give us has allowed us to delve Sinners refuge over and over. We have grabbed everything but a named black Smith. Next step black ice. @elquinmagus

Thank you for your responses. I could most certainly get back to the grind as I do have chests unleveled thralls I can use. My base and goods are all intact. It’s the loss of years gearing and leveling my thralls that stings.

Currently sweeping Sinners refuge and gathering Legendary weapons before update. Will have to get back to Siptah before decay turns back on

You likely won’t get a response here. You would need to fill out a report at this link through zendesk Funcom (zendesk.com) And yes when you fill out a report, depends on how many tickets they have it could take a few weeks to get a response.
