It seems the server settings (for thrall decay) in certain regions were changed today by accident. I checked all (4) of the official servers that I play on in North America and they are all fine, however the building decay timer is also still set to 480-hrs, so it may become a problem tomorrow. I suspect this issue is isolated to Asia and Oceanic servers.
If you have lost all your thralls today, please list your official server number and region below so Funcom can figure out where the problem is and get it fixed as quick as possible. If there is any chance of a rollback, it needs to happen immediately or it won’t happen at all.
It’s all of them. Even Sipta servers have it set to 1 day, but because decay is still set to OFF (maybe the funniest contradiction I’ve seen) it hasn’t killed my Thralls there, yet.
Check the bug reports for each platform. PC PS Xbox all have lots of posts and this is just the first few hours after the decay time was set back to 240
This is a tragedy… Every Thrall horse and pet I’ve collected trained and relied on some early access… Gone the minute I logged in, when I have been on just a few days ago.

I think the person is doing this right now as well speak, going through a list, and it’s completely unaware and we have no way to let then know.
The Sipta server I’m on was offline when I went to check and when it came back up 15 minutes late the thrall decay was 1 day.
I don’t know why everyone is so upset when the solution is obvious to us veteran old school MMO raiders. Just dig your old raiding chair out of storage and never log off. Problem solved.
First everyones bases with the Nemedian Foundation issue, now everyones followers and mounts with a one day decay time. This is unbelieveable. Funcom, I urge you to do what you should have done with the aforementioned nemedian foundation issue: rollback as promptly as possible before too much time elapses.
I accidentally logged in yesterday and I guess I saved the whole clan thralls
After seeing this on the forum I logged in again but we’re a clan of grown men with jobs and families, I don’t know if we can keep logging in every day
If we lose everything and add that to the losses from the nemedian fiasco, I guess we’re out and you have 5 less paying customers.

Strength i gather from my 1st day o playing to repel countless purges, many thralls leveled to 20 and geared, and all waste becasue some looser make prank.
If there will be no rollback thenk thank funcom for time together, you lost living pocket i mean player.
i liked play conan and work hard to enjoy, but have in mind that all my work was for nothing… and must start over make me lost will of play
