This is 5d chess play from Funcom.
To boost their coming chapter concurrent players numbers they deleted officials’ players’ progress.

I lost all my thralls sever is #1521 Region America. Please fix
Thrall decay was set to 1 on all official servers on September 1. This went into effect the first time the server after the server was reset – after a crash or the scheduled reboot for September 2.
Even on Siptah servers thrall decay is set to 1, but thrall decay is turned off so it should have no immediate effect.
If you did not log in on September 1, you have lost all followers.
I logged in to every official server where I have an active character because I have seen decay strangness before when Funcom reduced holiday decay settings, so in most cases I’m fine. However, in this case Funcom needs to do a roll back to the August 31 save. Everyone who played on September 1 will loose any progress they made, but on the whole the player base will be better served by a rollback.
Apologies would be nice, but what I’d really like to see is an announcement that the persons responsible have been sacked. No not the person who made this change and copied it to all servers. I’m talking about the bean counter who decided that Quality Assurance does not contribute to profits. After the mistake in turning on thrall decay for everyone in AoW Chapter 1, any thrall decay changes going forward should have been subject to extra QA scrutiny, but recent events have shown that no one is working on Conan Exiles QA.

My Clan has lost around 80/90 thralls/Pet with full gear, please DO something
how do we recover slaves. on server #1039 all my trolls disappeared

That would kill the game immediately.
Even the most hardcore gamers miss one day on occasion because of rl circumstances.
This was obviously a screw up.

I can predict their “FIX” they write they try to locate problem what take months and as apology they increase thrall conversion rate for whole week.if converion rate have any meaning in this situation.

Fix it please.
One thing for ppl who lost ordinary accesible thralls but as @Ragnaguard mention legacy thralls and many ppl who play long have that not avaiable now like skeletons or wrights, i can’t imagine their rage.
