Since the last major patch, doors arent working when completely underwater. Hatches work, but not doors. Have verified on two different types, both heavy reinforced, and the turan door.
You cannot interact with the door in any way - not even to pickup or destroy it. You can interact with adjoining pieces like walls and foundations though. (not sure about the doorframe now that i mention it).
If you click on the door, nothing happens, but if you repeatedly click click click, every now and then it will randomly be opened, but i cant for the life of me replicate it and sometimes it wont open at all.
