Unable to interact with doors and hatches underwater

When swimming underwater you are unable to open or close doors and hatches.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Place any foundation somewhere under a body of water.
  2. Place any door frame on the foundation.
  3. Place any door in the door frame.
  4. Swim under the water and try to open the door.
