Dragon Mouth Passage rendering issue

Type of issue: Rendering the passage from far away floating in sky
Server type: PvP
Region: USA east coast

while standing in the most north east part of the jungle just before you would walk past the ghost fence, you can see Dragon Mouth Passage floating in the sky way off in the distance. Look in the on the right side of the screen

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. go to northeast part of jungle right along ghost fence on that island
  2. look north past the ghost fence
  3. look at dragon mouth passage rendered in the distance floating in the sky
    4.scratch your head

im running on highest game settings and the 4k resolution as well. So Im not sure if its just because i render things so well? Or can other people see this too and its not just me?
