Drops from twitchtv + Early Access Cosmetic are no longer available have been removed. There was some warning about this?
The watcher set is a known issue and there are many threads on the topic already. However, the Royal Armor is not an issue, at least I was able to craft it myself just earlier today. 
From my understanding it (and I do not know 100% that this is the case for certain) has to do with the 3.0 update. They appear to have been removed / deactivated behind the scenes probably as a back end update regarding the upcoming Black Lotus Bazaar.

The right thing would be for them to let you know about it.
By warning in advance that this could happen, the players would know what is happening.

Oh I agree completely. I was working on my base setting up a section with the watcher table and chairs. I set up one table with four chairs, logged in the next day and POOF they were no longer available. The server admin couldn’t even spawn them in LOL.

A few days ago I could make conan sword star metal version can still make iron version it has to be a glitch. Ps. Right after they were doing server maintenance.
