The last boss of Dregs is not spawning even with a server restart in Official PVP
and we are unable to complete the journey steps for dungeon delver,
Any tips on how to fix this?

it would seem the boss spawns normally in single player, only server 1080 EU is being affected, the boss might be spawning in the mesh
