El juego anda muy mal. Me dijeron que si lo desinstalo y lo vuelvo a instalar va a andar mejor. Pero tengo miedo de perder los dlcs y expansiones. Ya me pasó con otro juego. Y Sony no se hace responsable

I do not know much about the game on Playstation 4 enough to help you here.
Perhaps @stelagel or @Croms_Faithful may be able to assist.
Problem: issues with game, seems to be afraid that if they reinstall they’ll lose everything including DLCs.

Nope, you loose nothing.
The question is why uninstall and reinstall?

Thanks for the tag in @Kikigirl. And to @Malisimo1980 have no fear, you will not lose everything if you uninstall then reinstall. On Playstation your application data, i.e.- the picture on the main console dashboard we go into the game from, is separate from your save game data. And similarly with your DLCs, the worst case scenario, but highly improbable, is that you would have to simply redownload them. But the PS Store will recognise from your profile that you already own them, so you will not have to re-purchase them. However, @Malisimo1980 if you are still feeling some trepidation and wish to be cautious, you can always back up your Conan Exiles save data to a USB before proceeding with the uninstall then reinstall. It never hurts to take precautions. 
But just for the record, I have had to uninstall then subsequently reinstall in the past myself, and my save game was completely intact. Let us know if you need some more specific steps to go about the process.
