Eldarium Chest recipe disappeared after transferring to Exile Lands, no potion used other recipes still there

Bug Description:

Eldarium Chest recipe disappeared after transferring to Exile Lands,
no potion used other recipes still there

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Step 1 Get the receipe on Siptah
  2. Step 2 Check that you really have it
  3. Step 3 Transfer Character to Exiles
  4. Step 4 Check again under Feats and it’s gone, all other Siptah recipes are still there.
