Bug Description:
Elite armored hyena has 200 HP and less armor than Greater hyena
Bug Reproduction:
I added in a hyena vendor with pippi since you cant easily find them on siptah a player got a greater hyena and has level 33 in battle pass and made an elite armored hyena and it started with 199 HP so I admined spawned a greater hyena and it has 707 hp and more armor then the armored one.

I too have this issue and my server is new and has no mods, you guys had a similar issue in the past that may of may not of been fixed with the caravan rhino, it didn’t inherit the stats of the greater rhino when it was turned into a caravan rhino.
Same issue, tested for mod issues by admin spawning one in unmodded singleplayer and still has less hp (and really bad hp growth per point = 20) than regular one. Seems to have the base health of a regular hyena.
This pet skin is a huge disappointment stat wise and I hope this is a bug that gets fixed. Even with good perks a level 20 Elite Armored Hyena has barely 700 HP and is actually less armored then a normal greater Hyena (which easily has 2-3k HP).
Something is off with this one.
Since when do skins alter a creature’s stats? I don’t think that has ever been the case. I don’t think that is supposed to be the case either. If that were true then a lot of people would jump in to claim Pay-To-Win - and justifiably so!
Yep, was baffled yesterday when my Elite Armored Hyena was instakilled when I took him out to level him up. The plain hyena next to him has far more HP and survivability.
Since ever, in the sense that they are not really “skins” to begin with, they take one creature as an input and generate another as the output - and the output could well have worse stats than the input one (as appears to be the case here).
Skins shouldn’t affect stats at all, but since the concept of pet skins is kinda tacked-on with glue rather than properly built-in, you get these kinds of situations.
