I did a lookup in the admin panel and found her as well as three others. Their names are Emissary of Tsathoggua, Haon-Dor, Atlach-Nacha and Abhoth. What thrills me much more than their high hp are their names. I did some research and came up with this:

Tsathoggua is a toad-like Great Old one beneath Mount Voormithadreth. -
Haon-Dor is a prehistoric sorcerer who dwells beneath Mount Voormithadreth and is a friend of Atlach-Nacha and the Serpent-men. -
Atlach-Nacha is a spider-like Great Old one beneath the very same Mountain. It is worshipped by grey spider-like creatures. Its current emissary has a placeholder model with “weapons” of the giant spider in his inventory. -
Abhoth is a Outer God who, too, resides under that Mountain. Well, its some sort of very ugly bio mass/mud giving life to all kinds of hell spawn. His emissary in the game has two weapons called “Ooze jab”.
Finally Mount Voormithadreth is a volcano in Hyperborea and the place where you found the Emissary of Haon-Dor is called Bridge of Voormithadreth inside the volcano.
I smell dark dungeons with very nasty monsters!
