Emote deleted from the game?

Was the “Battle cry” or whatever it’s called emote removed from the game at one point?
It can be seen in this video here at 0:35

It’s in german “/kampfschrei” translates to battle cry. Tried both and anything else I could think of.

What is the command for it if it even still exists?

i think it still there but you need your weapons unsheathed.

I tried sheathed and unsheathed

the emote name is /battleshout .
