There are tons of emotes that are available to thralls, in fact, most of them are free and can be learned by exploring the world. It makes very little sense for thralls to utilize emotes that don’t loop, so certain emotes obviously aren’t useable by thralls. Maybe it would be more beneficial for you to specify which emote you want to be useable by thralls.
I disagree, if you pay money for it you should be able to use it, but it doesn’t make sense for a thrall to use an emote that doesn’t loop. Additionally, some emotes require interaction like the thumbs up-down emote which obviously can’t be used by a thrall.
I think it should be stated in the bazaar if a thrall can use the emote or not, this way people will not feel disgruntled when purchasing the item. The more emotes for thralls the better in my book gives another dimension to the game.
Thumbs up/down can be used by a thrall. It will stand there with its hand sideways in the “waiting to decide” phase, when the thrall is either told to follow or engages in combat it will finished the emote with the selected position (up/down)
Color me surprised, although I think that is mostly useless and is not intended. Apparently there are even more thrall emotes than I thought, lucky you. I do agree with you that the bazaar should list whether or not an emote is usable by thralls, however, I don’t think every purchased emote needs to be usable on thralls.
I actually like this one. I use it for my “architect” thrall… who’s actually just a bearer that carries my materials. She stands there with her thumb out like she’s checking the level or something. When I have her follow, she gives a thumbs up for a job well done. Lol. Alternatively, it makes a decent aggressive looking stance, especially with a thumbs down.
Thralls need more options with the flirt emotes. Travelling all the lands to learn all these emotes just for one choice on thralls. And if you have a male toon, you’re not using any of them yourself because they look creepy.
I believe all emotes are supposed to eventually be useable on thralls. But for some reason the workflow to make them work on thralls hasn’t been finalized. I suspect its not just a tickmark that makes these things work. If it was, they would simply enable them by default. There’s no arbitrary decision making going on that says, ‘this emote will be useable on thralls, and this one should not be because that’s just how it needs to be.’
