Encounters are back?

Issue:
I’ve had 3 Age of Sorcery Encounters …so not sure if we are getting this awesome feature back or a bug. Since its not in the patch notes I figure its worth mentioning.

Steps to replicate:

  1. Run around like a mad person
  2. Stumble upon an encounter which were disabled
  3. Have fun
  4. Report as bug on the forums?

I keep forgetting to record the encounters so I got a screenshot after the stygians in the sky encounter

Blowback is returning. Though Stygian Caravan would be nice to play again. I was quite the firebug with lighting up those Stygian tents.
