Bug Description:

I can’t enter both servers , it’s says “Failed to retrieve suspension information”. I played months in this game , I got a lot to loos. I really hope you fix it fast because I ain’t going to restart again. Please fix it fast

If you got that message it means youre banned, its not a bug. Has happened to me too in the past, on my case it was two weeks ban.You can contact zendesk to appeal the ban.

They should really just provide the message and link in that prompt. It is not that difficult.

If you’re suspended they will not unsuspend you if you appeal. You will have to wait at least 2 weeks to be unsuspended but if you appeal, they will tell you the reason you are suspended and how many weeks.
