Error while launching game

When I first downloaded Conan Exiles, game gave me error “ConanSandbox.exe - Application Error
0xfd931b54 referenced memory at 0x00000000. The memory could not be written.” after the game logo. I know there is topic about this error:

Since update Have not been able to play. However, today my server finally got fixed and is no longer in a stopped status… But now when I try to get into the game, I get this error. But the problem is stil unsolved for me, I tried clean reinstall of the game, update Windows (KB2999226 too), GPU drivers. Now I don’t know what to do, please someone help.
My spec:
Intel Core i7-2630QM,
8 GB RAM,
Radeon HD7970M,
Windows 7 SP1.

Hmm maybe its windows 7…directx install? Virus scan? Or turn off your virus program? Reinstall battle eye through steam? Maybe the amd driver for the 7970 is causing it…try just using the video driver for windows 7 64/86 instead of for the card or vise versa…hmm
