[Event] Shambala Costume Contest & More (Ended)

Hi, everyone!

I’ll be running a lil Shambala event during Samhain with a couple of contests and prizes.

Event Days: 10/23/21 and 11/6/21 (CLOSED)
Time: 17:00 - 22:00 UTC (or until it slows down if we continue past 22:00)

Contests and name draw will be the same for both days.

Contest #1: Best Costume or Best Dressed:

Wear your favorite costume, or outfit if you don’t have one, inside of Shambala while fighting.

Preferably one costume/outfit per person.
I will be judging from inside of Shambala

Contest #2: Best Screenshot:

You can reply to this post with your best Shambala screenshot.

Screenshots need to be taken inside the Shambala PvP arena or waiting area.
No Photoshop/alterations but cropping is ok.
Only three per person please.
If more than three are posted, I will pick one out of the first three added.
Cutoff will be 22:00 UTC the next day for both event days. (24 hours to enter)

Random Name Draw:

I will be using a wheel of names to choose random winners.

Your name will be added to the wheel as many times as you enter and fight in Shambala.
The more times you enter and fight, the higher the chance your name will be picked from the wheel.

How winners will be chosen:

First, second, and third place + a fourth place for random name draw only
For Costume/Outfit and Screenshot contests only:
- I will choose three people to add to a draw for 1st place, three for 2nd, and three for 3rd. I will let the wheel of names choose one person out of the three for each place.
Random name draw will be the first, second, third, and fourth name picked by the wheel.
No duplicate winners for one category on the same day.

Other Info:

The event will not run on 10/30/21.
Shambala will only let you enter at level 10 and up.
Gear level and glyphs do not matter in Shambala, but signets and % agents do.
[WARNING]: Anomaly (chaos) is very buggy in Shambala. Pandemonium is a better choice if you’re able to use it instead.
