At the Leyshrine of the Fiends the Portal event happens with decent regularity, as in every time I go there for a challenge the event starts. No other events ever happen on Siptah.

In order for our team to properly assess the issue, could you please let us know if you are playing on an Official Server or Private Server please? In case you are playing on a Private Server, are you perhaps using mods?
Would it also be possible for you to send us a video of issue happening ?

It’s a private server, as per my original post that states “Single player”. The mods I use are as follows:
No video, I am not a creator and I would have nothing to record either - as stated, only one event ever occurs on Siptah for me. I have been playing a decent amount over the past 5 days and never saw a single other event.

Have you tried to remove your mods and test if the issue persists?
We can test it without the mods if you delete the following file:
Conan Exiles\ConanSandbox\Mods\modlist.txt and manually unsubscribe from all your Conan modes. This will guarantee that mods are not loaded.
Additionaly, please make sure to verify the files of the game and restart you computer after doing so.
Please let us know if the issue persists after performing the suggested steps randomusername.
