Every player constantly goes on mute by its self

After the update every player on my player list is muted and before i can even exit the screen after unmuting they all go back muted. How do i fix this and is anyone else having this issue ?

Steps to Reproduce:

Players are auto muting nothing has to be done for this to happen and once they’re unmuted they auto mute in seconds

Be glad y’all have this issue because if not you’d be lagging and the game would be unplayable

I didn’t even notice that I have this issue until I read about it. I never use ingame voice chat anyway ¯|(ツ)/¯

I have an USB microphone plugged in directly to the left front USB on the console, does anyone else having this mute issue have a mic or headset plugged in, maybe even on the controller port?

it happens as soon as someone joins the server, if you unmute everyone if someone joins it mutes everyone again been that way for a while now.

Same here, i think this is a thing over a year now!
How we can fix it? We’ve already bought the game thats all on our end. Funcom has to fix, but they’re not very good at it how the past 5 years proved.

I play on pve public server and yea everyone is muted . I couldn’t even say hello to someone in my base. I didn’t think much of it. It’s weird ps4 hardly gets updated and something likes breaking when it does …lol can’t be helped I guess
