Everyone on server falls though the floor and gets stuck inside foundations

I first reported this in April 2024. Older reports go back to 2023. Players may be able to get themselves out of the foundations, or it may be necessary to remove your bracelet and re-spawn. Players without sorcery can lose all their gear. This is not fun. Everyone on the server is affected when this happens.

I see new advertisements for a new age. This bug has not been fixed. Bazaar and DLC items continue to be sold as if they work as advertised. They do not.

Is it fair to continue to sell this game and DLC/Bazaar items when they do not work properly?

Enough players are buying those 60$ bundles to keep Funcom running this business. Why should they make an effort and address these bugs?
