Exiles im back and back with another suggestion

So i think something needs to come back alive which is ironic because i am talking about

THE WITCH DOCTOR’S PETS (feat)

On the isle of siptah we all know that it has basically only obtainable by the “unlock all recipes” command but i think especially with the age of war (even tho the age of sorcery wouldve been a good time to throw that back in) it would make sense as we could use any thrall/pet we can get

War makes people do desperate and terrible things which is one way to summon the dead to win those wars so why not give em another place in the world of the living?

(And ofcourse in my opinion why not a few newer undead to have some more variety)

In conclusion and short

Lets bring the undead back to life!

Thank you for your time exiles let me know what you think! By a like and or comment

I wasn’t fun of the skeleton warriors, but some people were.
We have undead now again, zombies and demons but i don’t use them. Maybe i will play a role play session only sorcerer and use them one day. I wouldn’t mind have skeleton pets back :man_shrugging:.

Well demons aren’t undead and zombies don’t last long enough to make them worthwhile. So why bother with them? Also demons don’t last either and will turn on you.

So yeah, I have never been a fan of the removal of the Witch Doctor pets and I still am not so I’m all for bringing them back. I mean with all other pets and thralls being nerfed since then can they really be that bad any more?

The thing is id love to use the demons but they are temporary which ruins the whole point for me. Temporary mounts and or pets are to me useless and therefore i dont use them…

Im glad we see eye to eye! Witch doctor actually rewarded us by grinding for the pets with permanent pets (as long as they dont get killed ofcourse) i was really disappointed by the demon summons as it just put your troubles in the dirt along with your time to get them

I still have one left on siptah. A wight. I never leveled it, but admittedly kinda afraid to take it out to do that. Maybe I’ll start small and gradually level it to be safe. I can safely say it doesn’t seem very good as it is. It’s pretty low vitality.

Human flesh gives +14% vitality.
Shadespice Rotten Meat gives +7% Vitality and +7% Strength if you wanted to go that way instead. :woman_shrugging:

Just checked again… forgot it’s almost level 15 and still under 1000 hp. Yeah… it’s a sad sight. Granted, I didn’t level it. A friend did that i inherited it from. I’m not sure how he leveled it and whether he used any food.

This is taken directly from the Wiki.

If they start at 617 HP and it is now level 15, how is it under 1k HP!!!

Someone did something very very wrong.

That could be pre-nerf of all the pets. Though idk?

That is possible, though why they would nerf pets that are not in the game any longer is anyone’s guess. :woman_shrugging: Only way to know is if someone can spawn some in with the admin panel and see if those stats are still accurate.

It could be that when they were adjusting pets, the undead didn’t get any sort of adjustments since they were cut entirely. Here’s a screenshot.

Yeah I just went into single player specifically to spawn one in and test it. They actually have been nerfed. So instead of the 617 staring HP they start with 301 HP.

Using the admin panel to auto level it to 14 (so no buffs from food obviously) it is now at 985 HP. So if you leveled it with food you should easily be over 1k HP.

Edit: Oh and the armor shot up to 759.

Yeah… they probably didn’t. Rip… oh well… as I said, I inherited it. It was a friend in another clan and I had him join me when he decided to quit. I took all of his stuff and that’s what I was stuck with. Since it was siptah, I didn’t even get the recipe drop, so I never had a chance to make my own. Beggars can’t be choosers and all that.

Whoops, it is a 0 gritter? There went the other test1cle then, in the process of fully castrating pets.

Edit: censorship, you can’t f… with me, hah!

Pretty sure that with all the updates some things stop you from continuing it as i had some pets before the update of thrall stats w each 5 levels it just said their maxed out so i think its just broken due to the long time

If it was placed in the world before the thrall stat update, they didn’t get a Grit stat because they didn’t have one. Or rather, they got a 0 stat, and a nominal 40 % increase chance that is actually a 0 % chance, but the interface doesn’t know numbers lower than 40. Probably half of my T4 thralls on Siptah predate the Grit stat, and thus have 0 Grit at level 20.
