Extremly bright Sandstorm after 2.3

Found a new Bug after the upload from 2.3 in the exiled lands.

The first Sandstorm after log in is extremly bright. But right now it happend a few minutes after the first log in of my character. Every Sandstorm that follow after that “shining” is as usual buggy (no Sandstorm mask needed etc), but the brightness effect is new.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. 2-3 minutes after Log In the Sandstorm appear
  2. The light increase to a extremly high brigthness
  3. After the storm decrease the light effects went back to normal.
  4. Every other storm in the following online session is buggy, but normal as usual (so you don’t need Sandmask etc)
