Eye of the Watcher is Not indicating a Cold Resistance Buff

Bug Description:

My character was level 55 upon acquiring the sword
My character is wearing Reptilian armor made by Oisun in an improved workbench (so not Epic)
My character Stats Temperature is:
Heat Resistance: 3 bars
Cold Resistance: 3 Bars

There is no change after equipping and wielding the Eye of the Watcher.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Go get the Eye of the Watcher
  2. Check your temperature Stat
  3. Equip it
  4. Wield it
  5. Check your temperature Stat

Eye of the Watcher used to give 10 cold resistance, but now it only gives 1.

Each “bar” has a value of 1-4, so a change of 1 is more likely then not to maintain the same number of bars.

Not a bug, just a nerf.

What? And when did this happen? Was a patchnote of it? Am I living under a rock?? I used it a long time ago tho’.
So a weapon that’s only usage is is gone now? An other weapon that is completely useless now? Great.
By the time you normally acquire the weapon, it is already useless in combat because its damage is low, now the cold resistance is gone too.

It happened with the Isle of Siptah release.

I was on the way to the north for some Black Ice. Then I realized, oops, forgot my spiced steak and berry juice. Fortunately I was nearby the Southern Aqueduct… useless.
