"Failed to Login!" - PC Gamepass

So I’ve had a look through these forums but almost all of the answers seem to be for those who have the game on Steam meaning I cannot follow some of the suggestions due to how I have the game.

I’ve been meaning to try Conan for a while now and as it popped up on the PC version of gamepass I thought “why not!”. I’ve downloaded the game, all 104gb of it only to find when I start the game and press to play online or single player I get the message “Failed to login!”.

I have tried adding the game to windows firewall so that it accepts it as a guide suggested, same issue.
I have tried reinstalling battle eye, only nothing seemed to happen even when running the program as administrator. Again, no dice.
I then read to verify the files via steam, only I downloaded it through the xbox app as it’s on gamepass and they do not seem to have anything like that.

I am at a loss and currently downloading the game for a second time. I was hoping someone may be able to help me with what is wrong as at this point I don’t even know how the game should look when it does work as I’m yet to play it.

I spent 2 hours last night trying everything I could find, I’m still in the same situation which is a shame as I’m not going to spend my days off from work chasing a game that I can’t even get into. I would still like to try this game, still have it installed but it’s the same this morning.

from the forums they want youre logs from logging in, may help resolve issue

Logs from logging in? I literally cannot log in at all, I’ve not been able to get into the game

I have the same problem

Click play on game pass app PC
Get to main menu - Connecting to funcom server
Failed to connect
Click Online or Singleplayer co-op multiple times,
Failed to connect
after a few “dozen” tries
“New” error will now state unable to verify DLC, and then again show “failed to connect” and load BUY DLC Splash screen, close that
Interestingly it will now show the DLC image in Top right above “Whats new”
Continue to retry Online or Singleplayer co-op multiple times
Failed to connect

Have:
Rebooted PC and Router
Reinstalled
Turned off firewall
Connected via a VPN (NB. This has fixed rare issues is past)
Ran Repair and Reset in Windows app controls.

guide to log files location is for steam, but using same “logic” game pass has the “ConanSandbox” folder in two places, while they show other folders that are shown in the guide - it does NOT show the LOG folder or game.db, I suspect like BigZombieMonkey said, we actually need to log in! error logs would be nice.

NOTE: Getting into the WindowsApps folder is a "£%"£$ as Microsoft dont think you should have rights to this folder on your PC

Same issue here. Ports open, reinstalled, didn’t fix.
All I want to do is play single player, it would be nice if the offline mode worked offline.
