Bug Description:
Unable to get past main menu as failed to login to funcom servers.
Expected Behavior:
ACTUALLY being able to get past the main menu and play the game, even in single player
Installed Mods:
No Mods
Steps to Reproduce:
Click play on game pass app PC
Get to main menu - Connecting to funcom server
Failed to connect
Click Online or Singleplayer co-op multiple times,
Failed to connect
after a few “dozen” tries
“New” error will now state unable to verify DLC, and then again show “failed to connect” and load BUY DLC Splash screen, close that
Interestingly it will now show the DLC image in Top right above “Whats new”
Continue to retry Online or Singleplayer co-op multiple times
Failed to connect*
Troubleshooting:
Have:
Rebooted PC and Router
Reinstalled
Turned off firewall
Connected via a VPN (NB. This has fixed rare issues is past)
Ran Repair and Reset in Windows app controls.
You guide to log files location is for steam, but using same “logic” game pass PC has the “ConanSandbox” folder in THREE places, while they show other folders that are shown in the guide - it does NOT show the LOG folder or game.db,
but managed to find in location 3
