I’m building in Single player and I’m having trouble placing a few building pieces on one specific area. Stability was at 0, then I tried . 05, still the same. I tried placing foundations and pillars, still no change. I’ve tried reloading the world, nothing. I’m not sure how to fix this issue.

I cannot fully understand the issue, can you expand a bit please. For example which is the area you try to build?
Do you have this problem in all the areas, or only in a specific one?
Have you managed to build anything else or it’s your first effort?
Did you tried creative mode?
Generally, give as much as information you can please, fellow exile, because guessing can end up even insulting in here.

I’m playing on Siptah in grid C6. I have built two other buildings with no problem. This third building, though, there is a snap on point that it won’t let me place a building piece even though it’s green. I’m playing in creative mode for all three builds.

I am a Playstation player too and in the past i had similar issues while playing single player. Yesterday i couldn’t place an elevator, i was trying for 15 minutes in my single player session on exile lands 
, so i totally understand what you’re going through here.
