Bug Description: Players falling through foundations.

Bug Reproductions: Can happen when logging-in. Can happen when teleporting back to base. Can happen in other players bases. Multiple types of foundation. Can happen after interacting with a placeable. Bug is not consistent.

I see this reported already and marked as “solved.” It is ongoing and not solved.

The update today did not fix this issue. The game is not playable in this state.
