I wonder if someone have the same issue on the official server:
I was standing by the Artisan Table making a lamp when I suddenly collapse under foudations, luckily there was a hole under so I was able to do something like destroy foundations to get out but that also happen on foundations strictly on the ground and then I am not being able to do anything, nor try to jump out, nor destroy the foundations to get out.

I’ve seen this happen, but it was on a PS4 pro. Usually happens to me soon after being online. If you can’t get out of the position, even by moving blocks, then I recommend to pull bracelet. You will loose your inventory if you pull it. I’ve never had to go that far, as I found a way out.
That seems to be only way but that takes the joy of playing if you collapse one time after another, not to mention if you have PVP time and you’re outside your building.
I can also confirm this is happening to me. I had to pull my bracelet several times and summon corpse because of how far under the foundations I fall.
