As I have already written here repeatedly (unfortunately, without any response from someone from Funcom), after the patch on December 5th, I can’t upload my save - I just can’t enter the game. Private server, single player. Removing mods did not help.
Checking the integrity of the files did not help, although it was done more than once. Repeated replacements of the “Saves” folder with the one that I saved before the update did not help.
At the end of the download, I get a black screen with the sign “Fatal ERROR” without any information, when I click on “OK” in this plate, it crashes to the desktop.
Today I found that after a crash, the following information remains in the memory buffer:
Fatal error!
Unhandled Exception: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION reading address 0xffffffff

Perhaps at least someone can tell me what this means, and how can I solve my problem?
