I get this error every time I start the game just as U4 loads

I’ve seen this error come up as a topic over the years, but none of fixes have worked so far. It started for me 2 days ago after hundreds of hours of playing.
Here is what I have done:
Verified Files thru Steam
Updated graphic drivers
reinstalled the game
installed windows 11
I haven’t found a place to check or reinstall E4.
Welcome to the club. If you figure it out please let us know. I haven’t been able to play for almost 2 weeks now

My game only does the CTD when I try to load this character, all other characters are fine, playable. Somehow this one got bugged walking down noob river. That’s it. No mods ever. Pure vanilla Exiles.
