Fatal error when joining the server

Bug Description:

Since last update some of my players and I have fatal error when joining the server reason seems to be the graphics settings we only get on the server when we set the graphics everything to low and 30 FPS at all other settings always fatal error when joining the game in the game itself can all play again with 60 FPS and on high settings without problems is only when joining the game on the server I own a
Ryzen 7 and a 2080 super and I also can not get on the server without setting everything to low, my players 1060 - 1060 ti - 1070 -1070 ti
strangely this does not affect all my players on the server
anyone any advice ?!

Have the players add this to their Engine.ini. Do the same on your server if possible.

I also have a fatal error many times, does anyone know if there is news of the solution?

Too generic to offer for sure advice. 99% of fatal errors that I know of are mod related. See above of what I posted, and test your mods.
