Fatal error at purge summon is an uncompiled map mod that didnt resave their navmesh. Look for any of the mods listed for ones not updated in the last week with special attention to those that modify the map itself. If all are up to date, make a new single player game and remove the ones that modify the map and check that the rest are fine (admin yourself a coffer and plop down some foundations). When you isolate what mod, if they have a discord, report your findings to them so they can update their navmesh.
