Bug Description:

Fatalities lack gore

Bug Reproduction:

Enter combat and setup a fatality. Execute the fatality. Notice how no gore shows and the enemy ragdolls as if they were killed normally (no decapitation or dismemberment).

its with all weapons that cut off bodyparts / this bug was in the whole age of heros beata

Daggers vs Any humans.
Greatwords vs Any humans.

Havent tested anything else.

I can confirm this is the case on playstation also @DelRioServerMaster , and have lodged a report.
