Thanks a lot It gives an idea of understanding. The multiplier really matters!
And it explains why T2-T3 get almost 1% of melee/ranged bonus for each 1 point of Strength, and T4 - 1% for +2,5 Strength. A kind of preventing from OP thralls.
I believe we should be able to after they are leveled to 20 to train them further and be able to raise their level though the that training . Think of it like a training camp crafted piece to train them on or in.
Yeah I think thralls could use a rework than simply higher tier equals to more physical power/damage . Damage would not be the only stat that matter nor hit points.
Whoa⊠Thank you! Itâs guys like you who make forums awesome! Seriously!
I just wish the purge challenges demanded this level of analysis. Or do i? Not sure. But either way it seems like if your base is of good materials and youâre maxed out with T3 thralls positioned well, then purges arenât even a concern. I dunno maybe it becomes more difficult as the game progresses or something but in my previous EL server I endured about 20 purges, in my present IOS one Iâm at purge 4, and there doesnât seem to be much of a challenge.
With 50 or 60 level 10 bears you lose 3 or 4 and have to walk around with the repair hammer for 10min. The purge itself is over before you even know it almost. With 50 level 10 T3 slaves and 15 level 10 bears you might lose one of each - maybe - and then do the hammer walk. And if you really want; you can avoid purges all together. By just not logging on for 3 or 4 days the purge meter drops back to zero.
It mostly seems to be all about arrangement and proximities - much more than the details of thrall stats. If you have set up your base with no choke points so that your thralls and animals donât cause a traffic jam, and positioned both the thralls and strongholds in such a way where they are alerted and will attack promptly, then losses are few and damage is low. At that point you can sit in a safe location and just watch the battle sim as it unfolds - maybe shooting a poison arrow or two into the crowd now and then. The real challenge for me is trying to isolate and capture some of the T4 thralls as the attack progresses and before they are killed by your own army.
I suppose PvP would be very very different but I canât see how thralls would be much help against trebuchet and poison arrow long-shot volleys etc. Or maybe instead of showing my ignorance itâs better just to ask what the best PvP base defense tactics are?
After finding how easy it is to collect and powerlevel berserkers, I donât bother with lower tiers anymore. Berserkers hit so high above their level and soak so much punishment you donât even have to slow down. Unfortunately they take no prisoners, so conking a unique before they oblit them is very difficult. On the other hand, those t4 fighters are rarely better, so collecting them is just a novelty.
You are pretty spot on. Unfortunately, layers is defense number one. Hidden storage a close second. Thrall defense is really just a resource game in PVP base defense. The more hp/better Dmg thralls defending a base the more poison arrows it takes to safely place jars/loot.
Before you engage NPCs, give your Bers a truncheon and take his sword/mace/hammer/etc. from him, to be sure he will not kill, KO only. Beware of leaving him alone against many enemies.
the modifier essentially multiplies the weapons damge. So 2.5 mod with a 70 dmg weapon would be 175 base dmg. The str perk add a % to that. Not sure before or after. But letâs say after,
so 15% str perk would be 2.5 x 70 + (175 x 0.15)= 2.5 x 70 + (26.25). so now it would be 201.25 base damage. About 90% sure thatâs how it works.
