After that, my access to the official servers was blocked, I wrote an appeal to funcom, there has been no answer for 2 days, or is this a polite refusal?
Is it a permanent ban or just a temporary one? Either way, you will not get a response from Funcom / Zendesk here on the forums.
Just to let you know… If it is a temporary ban, you can not appeal against it. Just the permanent one - and with all that’s going on in game since the recent update, it may take a whole while before anybody gets back to you.

If you have any prior suspension on your account then chances are they’ll just tell you that you have too many prior infractions which nullifies you being able to appeal. Which is a lose lose situation because you can’t appeal suspensions. I know when I put in an appeal it took them a few weeks before I received my automated response.
thanks for the answer! fortunately this is my first block and something like you described should not happen, I have already lost a lot on my server because of this block, because right now all my databases, according to my friends, have already been blown up, I will hope that I will at least be able to return to this game …
Remember that even if you are banned from public servers, you can still play on private servers and Single-Player/Co-op.
If your playstyle is very incompatible with public server rules (e.g. if you like to build huge buildings all over the place, or at spots that inconvenience other players), you might have more fun on a private server with rules that match your playstyle. You and your friends can rent one for yourselves if you don’t want to try your luck at someone random’s server.
