Flawless Achronian two handed sword is not able to be crafted

I am no sure if this is a bug or an oversight but you can craft flawless Achronian sword, axe and spear but not the two handed. I like this weapon and would like this option.

Used to be the case that all named blacksmiths could craft flawless hardened steel and higher two handers. Now it is only a handful.
Two I know for sure can do it are Beri and Conall the Hammer.

Berti cant craft Acheronian TwoHandes Sword. Only the OneHanded.
