Region: Locust nest area
Thrall standing on upper floor balcony. Asked to follow. I go down stairs and outside. Base uses ceiling tiles as flooring. Thrall fell through downstairs flooring and got stuck. Thrall eventually teleported to me when I went far from base. Tried to return thrall to balcony, using follow command. Thrall tried to teleport up to me (through the floors) several times then died, presumably from falling damage.
