Foundation Can Be Seen, But Not Destroyed

I have a foundation that remains on the cliff side, overlooking the lake near the Fish Camp that’s now impeding the return of any trees, stone or bushes on the hill nearby. I can see the corner of it, but can’t interact to destroy it. ??

This has happened to me all you can do is use grease orbs or explosive to cause aoe damage to remove it or let it time out.

I got this problem from time to time. But I just end the game start again and evoila. Problem solved.
