Just as a heads up having a Freya with the carnage perk use the lotus potions which cause damage will trigger carnage on herself. The bleed will stack to 20 and never go away eventually, I assume, killing her.
I only let her get to half health before making her use a bandage which cured it. As a result I can’t say if down but not out would have saved her. Wasn’t going to chance it.
Tested with frost and black lotus potions. Other lotus potions may or may not do the same.
