Correct, the question is from what? Its a PVE server and she was standing in the middle of my base 50+ thralls around. She was in top of the line gear, level 16 or so, i dont think anything could kill her on the server.
Was she in combat prior to this?
I dont think so, according to the log, she teleported home. Then 4 minutes later she is ko’d?
If memory serves she has a perk that was bugged awhile back that caused infinite bleed on herself/others. I’d have to dig to find the info on it to corroborate but this might be what happened.
Oh damn, you know what. I do remember seeing the bleed symbol on her but since I wasnt sure I just figured it was to signify her bleed skill was active based on her perks. Man ill bet you thats what it was.
This is the bug I think you were referring too. If it was fixed, its definitely back again.

I had similar more than once since ue5. Especially on Siptah. Login at safe location, no bdno thrall status… login results in death to self and perma death to thrall. I get tossed into EL desert and lose everything. It’s fun
