I’m doing the freya quest and when I try to open the dialogue bubbles at the volcano, it only offers “goodbye” and not the other option, so I can’t continue the quest.
Not only on Xbox, I have the very same problem on Playstation (official PvE #3001).
On playstation I started Liu Fei’s Quest, could finish it (while it was not finished Freya was still stuck, I checked this), after collecting Liu Fei the Freya Quest continues (so far volcano fight was successful, have to wait now another eight hours).
So maybe try this (unless you had Liu Fei’s quest already running and he is stuck also).
