I’m supposed to meet Freya in volcano for next part of my quest, but the only dialogue option is goodbye. I’ve tried without a thrall and with a thrall, I just can’t start it. Been like this 2 days now. Has anyone else had the same and how did you resolve it? No base is complete without a badass viking woman!

Have you gone to the volcano smithy already? She is not supposed to physically travel there with you, but is already waiting there. Right hand side in the small corridor before the smithy.
If that is the problem, remember to bring a cold drink with you. She may be angry after waiting for two days in that hellhole.

Yes, I’ve talked to her at the forge and my only option is to say goodbye. Sorry if I was unclear.
Hu! Weird. Does she come with you if you go to the forge? Are the regular enemies there? They shouldn’t be iirc.
Had a lot of bugs and weird stuff with the companion quests, but never this particular thing. 
No, she doesn’t move at all even if I move. No enemies there.
she is not follow you down to the forge when to walk down their
allso did you accept the mission by talking to her in your base before you walk to the vulcano/forge

Yes, I talked to her in base before I went to the volcano.

beside that are you playing officels server or private server or singplayer?

That sucks. Sorry, out of ideas.
I recently messed around with the console commands people dug up, but even they don’t seem to really work.
if he plays on private or singplayer their is a command he can do, but officels servers her need to see every day after if its working by first talking to her in the base and after that go to the forge and talk to her see if its says more than just goodbye. to hope the rest clear the bug away
Even as admin on my server it took several attempts I have wondered if it is my Freya or some one else’s I am communicating with?
I am on an official server. No luck yet with it, I think I’ll just abandon my hopes of having Freya, truth be told, I cba to run back and forth every day.

If you triggered Liu Fei’s quest it will do this to the Freya quest. You’ll have to finish his.
They block each other!? Never heard this before. Interesting - maybe that’s a solution? Anybody else saw this behaviour?
