Friend can't acces nudity options on PC. Only none or partial

Hey my friend is unable to acces nudity options on PC. No matter if they play singleplayer, join a server which is in europe. It is as if they have a region locked console copy but on steam. Its very dumb and suddenly happend after verifiying the files. Before that there was nothing wrong. This on the steam version of PC. We tried everything from changing the ini files, reinstalling the game, etc but nothing worked They are from the USA

I dunno about pc, but in the States on console we get boobs and man boobs. That’s it.

Is your friend aware that nudity must be set in two places?

And I thought I was being a buzz kill asking for them to stop me from sinking into foundations and falling thru floors to my death …

That second option is gone completely. They cant select nudity at all. And in servers with full they can only change it to partial. Its just language and then the rest of the options

They should also check the game.ini file on their local drIve - usually in …

…\Steam\steamapps\common\Conan Exiles\ConanSandbox\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor

Check what the NudityLevel is set to - Full would be =2
(1 is partial and 0 is None)
