I’ve Recently started playing Conan exiles on PC through the Xbox app, I both own Conan Exiles on it and have game pass I also have the regional DLC (Nudity DLC) but I’ve noticed that the option for None/Partial/Full doesn’t exist in my settings. I live in Australia and have the setting on my Xbox, just not on PC. only way I have managed to get it to show up it starting the game without internet and it not connecting to Funcom Live Services, but I cannot play anything no connected, and if I change the setting when I can, but doesn’t save once I connect back the setting disappears. I’ve also seen that this may have been an issue/bug for quite a while now, maybe a bug with gamepass, but I also own the game.
Just do a quick Search for “nudity settings” and a list of solutions re platform, system, etc.
I think Vyltar’s post is more of a reminder as he mentions all known facts so far, which are basically “you bought the PC-Version of the game via Microsoft so you will have no nudity settings since AoS Chapter 3 update which somehow break that”.

At this point I dont care if it gets restored.
I just want a explanation!
This is strictly the PC Microsoft Game Pass version.
